INTERNET SCORING SITE:

Using the applicant's printed one page answer sheet the administrator inputs the answers into a scoring grid and produces a report in about 3 minutes!! Nothing to call in or mail. You have the choice of printing a 2 page Short Report with only essential facts or a 12 to 15 page Extended Report with in-depth, detailed information. You also have the option to print suggested oral interview questions and tips on managing and training. ADMINISTRATION

PAPER AND PENCIL:

The Internet Scoring Site prints booklets and answer sheets on demand for each assessment. Since booklets contain several pages, most companies produce “master” booklet(s) for multiple administrations. They then copy several one page answer sheets and use the same multi-page booklet for administration to different applicants.

ON SCREEN:

The administrator inputs the applicant’s name into the Internet Scoring Site. The applicant is requested to sit in front of the computer screen and input his/her answers to the questions as they flash onto the screen. When finished, the administrator inputs a special code which allows viewing of the results.

BY TELEPHONE:

This method is primarily used when scoring on a computer is not available (Example: a retail store which does not have a computer). Using a “master” booklet the applicant completes an answer sheet. As soon as the applicant has finished the administrator goes to a touch tone telephone and calls a special Scoring Line. He/she follows the voice “prompts” and inputs the answers from the answer sheet(s). Verbal reports are immediately available with a special password.

REMOTE ADMINISTRATION:

The ability to administer assessments to applicants in remote locations is available to those clients utilizing the Internet Scoring Site.
